Export and import of corn in January - November 2018 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in November 2018 Russia has imported 2.6 thousand tons of corn (HS code 1005). According to the results of 11 months of corn import campaign, Russia has shipped in 38.0 thousand tons (in 2017 - 45.9 thousand MT; in 2016 - 33.8 thousand MT).
In the period January - November 2018, the main countries exporters of corn to Russia were HUNGARY (29.57%) and FRANCE (24.37%).

In November 2018 Russia has exported 279.6 thousand tons of corn. According to the results of 11 months of corn export campaign, Russia has shipped out 4445.8 thousand tons (in 2017 - 4625.3 thousand MT; in 2016 - 4791.8 thousand MT).
In the period January - November 2018, the main countries importers of corn from Russia were TURKEY (27.64%) and IRAN (27.32%).
