For March 2019 average consumer wheat flour prices were 36.74 KGS / kg (-0.46% compared to the previous month, -2.47% YTD and -3.40% by March 2018) or 34.43 rubles / kg at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the middle of the reporting month
