Export and import of corn in January - October 2020 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in October 2020 Russia has imported 0.1 thousand tons of corn (HS code 1005). According to the results of 10 months of corn import campaign, Russia has shipped in 45.1 thousand tons (in 2019 - 28.5 thousand MT; in 2018 - 33.0 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2020, the main countries exporters of corn to Russia were UKRAINE (34.87%) and HUNGARY (21.28%).

In October 2020 Russia has exported 131.2 thousand tons of corn. According to the results of 10 months of corn export campaign, Russia has shipped out 2964.2 thousand tons (in 2019 - 2303.5 thousand MT; in 2018 - 4164.2 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2020, the main countries importers of corn from Russia were UNKNOWN COUNTRY (38.33%) and VIETNAM (16.91%).
