Export and import of barley in January - November 2020 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in November 2020 Russia has imported 7.7 thousand tons of barley (HS code 1003). According to the results of 11 months of barley import campaign, Russia has shipped in 41.7 thousand tons (in 2019 - 16.6 thousand MT; in 2018 - 12.2 thousand MT).
In the period January - November 2020, the main countries exporters of barley to Russia were UKRAINE (81.86%) and KAZAKHSTAN (15.80%).

In November 2020 Russia has exported 396.4 thousand tons of barley. According to the results of 11 months of barley export campaign, Russia has shipped out 4926.6 thousand tons (in 2019 - 3606.5 thousand MT; in 2018 - 4970.7 thousand MT).
In the period January - November 2020, the main countries importers of barley from Russia were SAUDI ARABIA (47.50%) and UNKNOWN COUNTRY (15.66%).
