Corn sown at 1098.3 thousand hectares or 97.1% of the plan of 1131.1 thousand hectares (last year on the same date - 1205.5 thousand hectares, 106.0%). Maize for silage sown at 825.6 thousand hectares or 95.8% of the plan of 861.8 thousand hectares (last year on the same date - 909.8 thousand hectares, 104.8%). Buckwheat sown at 30.6 thousand hectares or 101.0% of the plan of 30.3 thousand hectares (last year on the same date - 24.6 thousand hectares, 107.9%).
