According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in June 2021 Russia has imported 13.6 thousand tons of wheat (HS code 1001). According to the results of 6 months of wheat import campaign, Russia has shipped in 85.0 thousand tons (in 2020 - 60.3 thousand MT; in 2019 - 98.8 thousand MT).
In the period January - June 2021, the main countries exporters of wheat to Russia were KAZAKHSTAN (97.43%) and BELARUS (1.46%).
In June 2021 Russia has exported 2227.6 thousand tons of wheat. According to the results of 6 months of wheat export campaign, Russia has shipped out 12061.4 thousand tons (in 2020 - 12446.3 thousand MT; in 2019 - 10613.7 thousand MT).
In the period January - June 2021, the main countries importers of wheat from Russia were EGYPT (19.75%) and TURKEY (19.18%).
