Export and import of Ukraine for 9 months of 2017 by main countries

According to the analysis of data by the Federal Customs Service of Ukraine, conducted by Zerno.Ru, in 9 months (January - September) 2017:

• Export of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) made total 11 956 195 MT, in September only - 2 643 081 MT. Import of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) made total 3 550 MT, in September only - 1 808 MT. The largest exporter of wheat and meslin to Ukraine is Germany (1 034 MT), the main importer wheat and meslin from Ukraine - Egypt (2 170 726 MT)
• Export of rye (HS code 1002) made total 13 747 MT, in September only - 1 665 MT. Import of rye (HS code 1002) made total 187 MT, in September only - 76 MT. The largest exporter of rye to Ukraine is Germany (187 MT), the main importer rye from Ukraine - Bangladesh (4 206 MT)
• Export of barley (HS code 1003) made total 4 199 989 MT, in September only - 1 157 767 MT. Import of barley (HS code 1003) made total 7 769 MT, in September only - 316 MT. The largest exporter of barley to Ukraine is Moldova, Republic Of (6 950 MT), the main importer barley from Ukraine - Saudi Arabia (1 815 909 MT)
• Export of oats (HS code 1004) made total 9 140 MT, in September only - 2 351 MT. Import of oats (HS code 1004) made total 5 MT, in September only - 0 MT. The largest exporter of oats to Ukraine is Germany (5 MT), the main importer oats from Ukraine - Pakistan (5 166 MT)
• Export of corn (HS code 1005) made total 15 065 669 MT, in September only - 119 428 MT. Import of corn (HS code 1005) made total 25 993 MT, in September only - 1 448 MT. The largest exporter of corn to Ukraine is Romania (8 149 MT), the main importer corn from Ukraine - Egypt (2 274 873 MT)
• Export of rice (HS code 1006) made total 1 169 MT, in September only - 5 MT. Import of rice (HS code 1006) made total 53 787 MT, in September only - 6 043 MT. The largest exporter of rice to Ukraine is India (22 157 MT), the main importer rice from Ukraine - Moldova, Republic Of (629 MT)
• Export of sorghum (HS code 1007) made total 132 292 MT, in September only - 826 MT. Import of sorghum (HS code 1007) made total 402 MT, in September only - 5 MT. The largest exporter of sorghum to Ukraine is USA (286 MT), the main importer sorghum from Ukraine - Spain (101 022 MT)
• Export of buckwheat and other cereals (HS code 1008) made total 64 576 MT, in September only - 7 880 MT. Import of buckwheat and other cereals (HS code 1008) made total 8 609 MT, in September only - 1 123 MT. The largest exporter of buckwheat and other cereals to Ukraine is Russian Federation (7 256 MT), the main importer buckwheat and other cereals from Ukraine - Germany (6 109 MT)
• Export of wheat flour and rye flour (HS code 1101) made total 315 583 MT, in September only - 44 043 MT. Import of wheat flour and rye flour (HS code 1101) made total 1 960 MT, in September only - 246 MT. The largest exporter of wheat flour and rye flour to Ukraine is Belarus (890 MT), the main importer wheat flour and rye flour from Ukraine - China (72 137 MT)
