Export and import of Ukraine for 10 months of 2017 by main countries

According to the analysis of data by the Federal Customs Service of Ukraine, conducted by Zerno.Ru, in 10 months (January - October) 2017:

• Export of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) made total 14 217 906 MT, in October only - 2 261 711 MT. Import of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) made total 3 713 MT, in October only - 162 MT. The largest exporter of wheat and meslin to Ukraine is Germany (1 034 MT), the main importer wheat and meslin from Ukraine - Egypt (2 372 404 MT)
• Export of rye (HS code 1002) made total 21 039 MT, in October only - 7 292 MT. Import of rye (HS code 1002) made total 187 MT, in October only - 0 MT. The largest exporter of rye to Ukraine is Germany (187 MT), the main importer rye from Ukraine - Poland (5 035 MT)
• Export of barley (HS code 1003) made total 4 615 984 MT, in October only - 415 995 MT. Import of barley (HS code 1003) made total 7 796 MT, in October only - 26 MT. The largest exporter of barley to Ukraine is Moldova, Republic Of (6 950 MT), the main importer barley from Ukraine - Saudi Arabia (1 973 249 MT)
• Export of oats (HS code 1004) made total 10 629 MT, in October only - 1 489 MT. Import of oats (HS code 1004) made total 5 MT, in October only - 0 MT. The largest exporter of oats to Ukraine is Germany (5 MT), the main importer oats from Ukraine - Pakistan (5 381 MT)
• Export of corn (HS code 1005) made total 15 566 335 MT, in October only - 500 666 MT. Import of corn (HS code 1005) made total 27 571 MT, in October only - 1 578 MT. The largest exporter of corn to Ukraine is Romania (8 318 MT), the main importer corn from Ukraine - Egypt (2 393 683 MT)
• Export of rice (HS code 1006) made total 1 176 MT, in October only - 7 MT. Import of rice (HS code 1006) made total 60 623 MT, in October only - 6 836 MT. The largest exporter of rice to Ukraine is India (23 565 MT), the main importer rice from Ukraine - Moldova, Republic Of (629 MT)
• Export of sorghum (HS code 1007) made total 136 188 MT, in October only - 3 896 MT. Import of sorghum (HS code 1007) made total 402 MT, in October only - 0 MT. The largest exporter of sorghum to Ukraine is USA (286 MT), the main importer sorghum from Ukraine - Spain (101 022 MT)
• Export of buckwheat and other cereals (HS code 1008) made total 71 582 MT, in October only - 7 005 MT. Import of buckwheat and other cereals (HS code 1008) made total 10 240 MT, in October only - 1 631 MT. The largest exporter of buckwheat and other cereals to Ukraine is Russian Federation (8 331 MT), the main importer buckwheat and other cereals from Ukraine - Poland (6 978 MT)
