According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in December 2018 Russia has exported 3.4 thousand tons of buckwheat. According to the results of 12 months of buckwheat export campaign, Russia has shipped out 73.5 thousand tons (in 2017 - 46.3 thousand MT; in 2016 - 17.1 thousand MT).
In the period January - December 2018, the main countries importers of buckwheat from Russia were CHINA (32.26%) and LITHUANIA (20.19%).
