Export and import of wheat in January - October 2018 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in October 2018 Russia has imported 31.8 thousand tons of wheat. According to the results of 10 months of wheat import campaign, Russia has shipped in 225.9 thousand tons (in 2017 - 213.3 thousand MT; in 2016 - 518.2 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2018, the main countries exporters of wheat to Russia were KAZAKHSTAN (62.61%) and UKRAINE (36.99%).

In October 2018 Russia has exported 4427.3 thousand tons of wheat. According to the results of 10 months of wheat export campaign, Russia has shipped out 36168.9 thousand tons (in 2017 - 24508.2 thousand MT; in 2016 - 19919.4 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2018, the main countries importers of wheat from Russia were EGYPT (19.54%) and TURKEY (11.59%).
