According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in June 2021 Russia has imported 2.7 thousand tons of corn (HS code 1005). According to the results of 6 months of corn import campaign, Russia has shipped in 30.2 thousand tons (in 2020 - 40.9 thousand MT; in 2019 - 26.1 thousand MT).
In the period January - June 2021, the main countries exporters of corn to Russia were FRANCE (27.99%) and HUNGARY (24.89%).
In June 2021 Russia has exported 201.0 thousand tons of corn. According to the results of 6 months of corn export campaign, Russia has shipped out 2871.5 thousand tons (in 2020 - 2570.1 thousand MT; in 2019 - 1511.5 thousand MT).
In the period January - June 2021, the main countries importers of corn from Russia were TURKEY (27.88%) and UNKNOWN COUNTRY (20.15%).
