According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in December 2017 Russia has imported 249.7 thousand tons of soybean. According to the results of 12 months of soybean import campaign, Russia has shipped in 2236.7 thousand tons (in 2016 - 2283.3 thousand MT; in 2015 - 2179.9 thousand MT).
In the period January - December 2017, the main countries exporters of soybean to Russia were BRAZIL (51.66%) and PARAGUAY (37.32%).
In December 2017 Russia has exported 519.9 thousand tons of soybean. According to the results of 12 months of soybean export campaign, Russia has shipped out 519.9 thousand tons (in 2016 - 422.5 thousand MT; in 2015 - 383.5 thousand MT).
In the period January - December 2017, the main countries importers of soybean from Russia were CHINA (86.87%) and IRAN (6.16%)..
