Export and import of wheat in January - February 2018 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in February 2018 Russia has imported 37.4 thousand tons of wheat. According to the results of 2 months of wheat import campaign, Russia has shipped in 49.5 thousand tons (in 2017 - 39.7 thousand MT; in 2016 - 165.5 thousand MT).
In the period January - February 2018, the main countries exporters of wheat to Russia were UKRAINE (58.53%) and KAZAKHSTAN (41.27%).

In February 2018 Russia has exported 5789.1 thousand tons of wheat. According to the results of 2 months of wheat export campaign, Russia has shipped out 5789.1 thousand tons (in 2017 - 3206.8 thousand MT; in 2016 - 3585.2 thousand MT).
In the period January - February 2018, the main countries importers of wheat from Russia were EGYPT (29.56%) and TURKEY (16.21%)..
